THOR Series
The fully automatic THOR press was specifically engineered to compact steel and aluminium cans into high-density bales.
Its extremely robust structure, combined with high operational performance, ensures maximum efficiency and a long service life. The closed pressing chamber, together with compaction forces between 650 kN and 1200 kN, reaches densities of up to 1300 kg/m³ and 1600 kg/m³ respectively.
Compaction takes place against the automatic door of the pressing chamber, ensuring high productivity and uniform bale quality.
Bale dimensions and weights meet the requirements normally set by steel mills and other metal recycling industries.
